Rockville Town Council Meeting Minutes
July 20, 2020 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Council: Riley Bradham, Zach Nelson, Henry Holst, Allen Holmes and Town Clerk Colleen Key
ABSENT: Frank Thornhill
Meeting called to order at 7:15 with pledge.
Other Present: None / no one requested time on the agenda.
Mayor motions to accept prior meetings Minutes as drafted. Seconded by Zach Nelson. Unanimously approved.

- Planning: No one reporting.
- BZA absent. No one reporting.
- Code Enforcement. No one reporting.
- DRB absent. No one reporting
- WLPC: Henry Holst – WLPC has not met.
OLD BUSINESS:
Planning still has not met due to weather and the Pandemic. Comprehensive Plan and Container Ordinance await their review.
Town insurance has switched from the IRF to MASC officially. Mayor has confirmed cancellation and refund in Premium was received.
Town Signage – Issues persist. Henry Holst to monitor/inventory. Work order has been placed and Henry has actual made repairs himself.
Road repairs – Due to Pandemic decision on County repairing the roads is still pending. Mayor has attempted to correspond with the County to no avail. CDH Tree Service may perform more maintenance/ bring in fill.
