Mayor comment regarding Council Member Allen Holmes:
The Town will be forever grateful to Mr. Allen Holmes for his time, work, wisdom, and friendship in serving on the Rockville Town Council for these past years. His contribution to our government endeavors was always clear and valuable and meaningful.
Allen’s experience and sense of wit and humor will be held as high standard for the Town
Government Participants. His patience in dialogue, concern for equity and heartfelt focus will be missed.
