The Rockville BZA is a three member administrative body with quasi-judicial authority. The BZA determines appeals from administrative decisions regarding any zoning issues, grants/denies applications for variances, and grants/denies applications for special exceptions. The BZA has the legal authority to post property, administer oaths and subpoena witnesses.
