OLD BUSINESS:
Container Ordinance has been submitted to Planning, who has recommended that the ordinance language to be amended to grandfather in existing containers. Planning Committee needs to have a quorum and if deemed necessary Mayor will revise and return to Planning to approve.
Road maintenance on going. Town is waiting for time on Charleston Green’s schedule.
Mayor has drafted an Ordinance to reduce BZA from 5 members to 3 members for Council approval and moves that it be accepted, Henry Holst seconded. Unanimously approved.
