Meeting called to order at 7:00

No changes to the agenda. No time requested.
Mayor motions to approve prior Meeting Minutes. Seconded by Tammy Bazzle. Unanimously approved.

New Business:
Town seal is needed.
Town sign is rotting. Council to consider refurbishing and illuminating. Other signs- Stop, No Outlet. Etc. also seem dingy.
Speeding in town limits still seems to be an issue and needs to be addressed.
Old Business:
CDH Tree Service has been unresponsive/unavailable for ongoing road maintenance, so the Town will move forward with Travis Bee for upcoming repairs, who will coordinate with Charleston Green. Specifically work to be performed on SIYC Rd. Other roads seem to be holding up currently.
Magdelena still on track to trim trees on Maybank. Whit Smith is comments that he has been in touch with the contractor and notes that the Town is on his schedule and the work should hopefully be complete in the next 10 days.
Historic Preservation Ordinance is still being reviewed by the County.
Map is needed to confirm property lines of Linton property to be able to move forward in finding a solution for drainage issues. Town Council to review proposal. No recent communication has transpired.
Code enforcement officer still needed. Whit Smith suggests consulting “Reggie” to recommend a new compliance person.
Movie filming prohibiting also needs to be revisited in special session when all Council is present.
Council/Committee and Boards training is still needed. Potential group meeting?
