Executive Meeting held to discuss payment parameters for DRB to hire a clerk.

Special Meeting:
PRESENT: Mayor Council: Riley Bradham, Henry Holst, Judy Suggs, Frank Thornhill and David Dunn Meeting called to order at 6:16 pm.
Riley made a motion to fund the DRB’s hiring of a clerk for $300.00 dollars a month or $3,600.00 dollars a year.
Frank seconded the motion; council voted unanimously to adopt the motion.
Riley indicated he would notify DRB of Mayor/Council’s decision.
John Hope stopped by to attend the meeting.
