A potential short-term rental at 6090 Maybank Highway has been brough to the Mayor’s attention. If so, the County will monitor the situation for adherence to applicable laws.

Linton issue – Dr. Linton has emailed the Town to advise that he has found a contractor to run pipe and install a backflow preventer. One scenario would have this work being tied into what the Town contractor does under the road. Alternatively, pipe could be run to have water rerouted before it makes it to the Linton’s property?

Tree trimming – Magdalena (contractor) is still planning to complete tree trimming pending receipt of his insurance certificate.
