Meeting called to order 7:15 with pledge.

NEW BUSINESS: None
OLD BUSINESS:
Planning has not met due to weather and then the Pandemic. Mayor to reach out and status check the plan to meet. On the agenda for Planning: 5 Year Comprehensive Plan for The Town and the Container Ordinance.
Town Liability Insurance will switch from IRF to MASC the beginning of June with a considerable savings to the Town. Clerk and Mayor to follow up and ensure that all paperwork is in order.
Sign on Harts Road keeps getting hit and has been propped up several times. Henry Holst has requested Work Orders for several local signs to be replaced/repaired, which include the end of the road sign and the stop sign at South Rockland. Henry Holst will continue to monitor the signs and tree trimming.
Due to the pandemic, the exact status of having the County repair the roads is currently unknown. Mayor has remained in contact with the County and hopes to hear something in June. CDH Tree Service has maintained roads temporarily, which has included adding material. CDH will maintain as needed, potentially every 4-6 weeks depending on weather.
Zach Nelson is currently reviewing the 2019-2020 Budget.
Mayor motioned to donate $200 to Charleston Soil and Water Conservation District as the Town has done for several years. Seconded by Henry Holst Additionally, let the record indicate the after the Town Council the Mayor will write checks to the Town Clerk and CDH Tree Service.
