Old Business:

Rockville uses the County STR Policy but needs to develop its own. Current residents, who do rent their property, will be Grandfathered In. Council to discuss further.  Mayor has consulted with Town attorney and Joel Evans from the County.

Frank Thornhill comments – Would the new State Rule supersede?

Henry Holst to follow up with other municipalities regarding their STR Policy.

Judy Suggs asks – Is 7 days 1 rental or 7 days?

Goats and chickens are currently prohibited in the Town. Presently several residents own chickens.  Mayor suggests that Council amend section 3.102 of the Code.
