Mayor motions to approve prior Meeting Minutes. Seconded by Tammy Bazzle. Unanimously approved.

Last check for DRB Clerk was returned and replaced. Initial amount was incorrect. For the record, the Mayor motions that council ratify new check #1454 for $250. Seconded by Tammy Bazzle.

- Code Enforcement: No one reporting
- DRB: No one reporting.
- WILPC: Henry Holst- Recent meeting included updates and smoke alarm and fire extinguisher safety from the Fire Department and an Our Lady of Mercy representative discussed services offered which include providing basic and emergency needs, education, employment and health services. Additionally, Clay Middleton House District 116 spoke.

Road update- in general other than being dusty due to lack of rain, the roads seem to be holding up well. Travis Bee will be contacted when and if maintenance is required.
Magdelena work to trim trees on Maybank is still pending. Whit Smith to follow up on scheduling.
Historic Preservation Ordinance has been approved by the County. Next, the Town attorney will review for potential concerns, particularly any details of the ordinance that could be considered a “takings” complication. Once fully vetted, newspaper ad will be published.
Code enforcement officer still needed. Mayor is currently working on a new lead. Henry Holst also suggests potential candidate. Council to discuss in special meeting. For the time being, Charleston County will handle any Code Enforcement needs. Mayor has corresponded with the County indicating the Town is currently searching for a replacement and that their assistance may be needed for a few months if any issues come up.
No updates on the Linton property matter. Town is awaiting feedback from Dr. Linton.
